A patient record & growth monitoring platform designed for pediatric endocrinology – ongoing UX & UI exploration
Project Overview
Osify is an electronic medical record (EMR) and growth monitoring platform designed for pediatric endocrinology. The system helps doctors track children’s growth, bone age, lab results, and treatment progress in a structured and visual way.
My Role
I joined at MVP stage, where the product lacked consistency. I built the brand identity & design system, identified UX gaps through flow reviews & competitor analysis, and redesigned the experience into clear wireframes and UI aligned with clinical needs.
Challenges & Approach
The MVP was only a basic record system. Through physician feedback, I realized doctors needed decision support, not just storage. This shifted the design: the dashboard became action-focused, and the Patient Page evolved into the core hub with growth velocity, lab alerts, and treatment tracking.
Status
This project is still ongoing and currently moving toward its second MVP iteration. The focus now is on refining the patient page, alerts, and growth comparison flows based on physician feedback. Future updates will continue to align the product with real clinical workflows.
